Do I need hardware to use GridIQ?
No. GridIQ is a software-only platform. It connects to your existing SCADA system, RTUs, and data sources via standard protocols (Modbus, DNP3, IEC 61850). No new hardware required.
How long does onboarding take?
Most cooperatives are live within 48 hours. The Cooperative plan includes a dedicated onboarding call where we connect GridIQ directly to your data sources and configure your dashboard.
Is my grid data secure?
Yes. GridIQ is built to NERC CIP security standards. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never share or sell your operational data. CIP-011 information protection compliance is built in.
Can I use GridIQ for NERC CIP audits?
Yes. GridIQ generates PDF compliance reports covering CIP-002 through CIP-013 with scoring, findings, and remediation recommendations — exportable at any time directly from the dashboard.
Is GridIQ available for government procurement (SAM.gov)?
Yes. NormandinTECH has an active SAM.gov registration (EIN 41-4997967) with UEI registration in progress, making GridIQ eligible for federal and cooperative contract procurement.
