By accessing or using GridIQ ("the Platform"), operated by NormandinTECH ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.
GridIQ is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides AI-powered grid intelligence capabilities to electric utilities. The Platform connects read-only to customer SCADA systems and provides analytics, monitoring, compliance, and operational intelligence modules.
GridIQ does not control, operate, or modify any operational technology (OT) system. All SCADA connections are strictly read-only. GridIQ never sends control commands to any field device.
GridIQ offers tiered subscription plans based on meter count. Billing is monthly by default, with annual billing available at a 10% discount. Prices are listed at gridiq.ink/pricing and are subject to change with 30 days notice.
You agree to use GridIQ only for lawful purposes. You may not:
GridIQ collects SCADA telemetry data, account information, and usage data. Your utility's operational data is stored in isolated database partitions and is never shared with or accessible by other customers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
GridIQ employs industry-standard security practices including TLS 1.3 encryption, Zero Trust architecture, and read-only OT access. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.
We target 99.5% monthly uptime for the GridIQ platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated 24 hours in advance. GridIQ is not liable for downtime caused by third-party services, your SCADA system, or force majeure events.
The GridIQ platform, including all software, algorithms, designs, and documentation, is the intellectual property of NormandinTECH. Your SCADA data remains your property. By using the Platform, you grant NormandinTECH a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.
GridIQ provides grid intelligence and analytics. We are not liable for operational decisions made based on Platform data. The Platform is an advisory tool — your operations team retains full authority over all grid operations. NormandinTECH's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for material breach of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 90 days for export, then deleted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved in Butte County, California.
We may update these Terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use of the Platform after notice constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
